Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption of our financial consolidation and management reporting software within CFO offices across various industries.
Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through networking and leveraging industry contacts to generate qualified leads.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations, including CFOs, finance teams, and IT decision-makers.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our software solution, staying updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of the CFO office, showcasing how our solution addresses their financial consolidation and reporting challenges.
Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and sales agreements that align with customer needs and business objectives.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, providing insights to shape product development and marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and overall performance to senior management, utilizing data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
Experience and Qualifications:

Education: CA and/or MBA from a premier business school.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on SaaS solutions, financial software, or related industries.
Skills:
Strong understanding of financial consolidation, management reporting, and challenges faced by CFO offices.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Additional Requirements: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and manage multiple clients concurrently on short-duration projects.
