Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
►A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Asset Intensive industries (Oil & Gas, Process, Manufacturing).
►Understanding of data driven programs and stakeholder alignment within the asset intensive industry
►Experience of positioning both SAAS applications and services within the target industries
►Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota.
►Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to navigate them effectively.
►Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM / ERP platform.
►Good network with System Integrators.
►Previous experience working with OEMs and/or Big Four Services Organizations (a plus).
►Willingness to Travel across UAE for Business.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
►Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned regional revenue targets within the Asset Intensive industries (Oil & Gas, Process, Manufacturing).
►Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
►Ability to independently lead sales discussions with a deep understanding of customer needs and technical processes.
►Experience of working with Procurement & Indirect materials stakeholders both at customer and within ecosystem
►Develop and close new deals, exceeding sales quotas.
►Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
►Analyse market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
►Prepare and deliver compelling presentations.
